Lose Waist Fat Learn how to lose waist fat faster than ever before

If you’ve found this posting it is because you are on the mission to lose waist fat as fast as possible.  I think everyone know by now that one of the most important guideline to follow is your nutrition.  You know what, I’m actually going to tell you that it is the most important because it definitely is!  But one of the hardest things to do is have the motivation to eat healthy foods when there are always more tasteful options.  

I’ve seen some of my friends attempting to shed more than a few pounds my entire life, but they only seem to fall farther away from their goals. Did you read it and really think about it? How long have you been trying to lose weight? Again take a minute to think about this question and your progress towards your goal so far. Do you know why you haven’t been losing the amount of weight you think you should be. Well I know exactly why!

Take my friends for example, they’ve spent hundreds of dollars on the latest greatest weight loss products from exercise programs, to diet pills, to those fluke ab machines. I am personally sick and tired of all these scams taking place and no one doing anything about them. Unfortunately, many people are clueless about what’s going to help them lose weight, and clueless about the ridiculous mistakes they are making on this process.

Eating unhealthy foods is one of the most talked about and most misunderstood problems people go through when trying to lose weight. You know you should start eating healthier but a lot of people just feel they can’t do it. That is the problem with eating healthy, you know you have to do it but you think it is too hard. Well the key to beating this trend is to start off gradual! Make a point of not eating a snack one time when you are about to. Think to yourself, am I making a constructive of destructive decision to my life by eating this food? If you start off doing this you can gradually work your way down to only having a snack once every 3 days. That is the magical key.

You’ve heard this saying a million times but you probably still don’t understand the importance yet. EAT THOSE GREENS! Vegetables are the most important supplement towards our weight loss goal. I’ll explain why in layman’s terms. Vegetables are the only type of carbohydrates that aren’t going to store in your body as fat! Other types of carbohydrates like whole wheat rice, bread, and pasta are only increasing your weight. These foods are still being digested as simple carbohydrates which then store as fat if you aren’t burning off enough calories. Every single time you have broccoli, green beans, or carrots in place of a piece of bread or other similar carbohydrate meal, YOU ARE LOSING WEIGHT! Once again, THAT IS EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU EAT VEGETABLES YOU ARE LOSING WEIGHT! I can’t stress this enough. Start making some food changes and incorporate those veggies into your diet and your weight will start flying off. You will literally see wings, I swear. That is how effective it is. The next most important food to incorporate into your meals is a source of protein. If you mix vegetables with a lean protein source, your meal is 100% fullproof for weight loss. Good sources of protein are chicken breasts, tuna, and fish. This protein will help maintain your muscle if you exercise. Since having muscle on your body helps burn fat, the more you have, the more weight you’ll be able to lose..

I’ve eaten this way for years now and have seen amazing results. As well, my friends have started to listen to me and one of them started off losing 10 pounds a week without much exercise. Don’t get me wrong this isn’t a substitute for exercise, but it is a damn good way to get going. To summarize, every meal you have should incorporate vegetables and protein and that is really all you need. In the morning, you can substitute this with some normal eggs mixed with egg whites and some fruit. If you can’t pick a favorite fruit then just go with apples because they taste so delicious. If you follow this method then you will start seeing the same results as me and my friends.
